There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Lynn and Hawker: Page 1, line 2 (title amendment): Delete "Congressional" Page 1, line 7: Delete "Congressional" Page 1, line 12: Delete "Congressional" Following "Honor": Insert "awarded by the President of the United States in the name of the United States Congress" Page 1, line 13: Delete "Congressional" 2006-02-27 House Journal Page 2648 Page 1, line 14, following "Honor": Insert "awarded by the President of the United States in the name of the United States Congress" Page 2, line 14: Delete "Congressional" Following "Honor": Insert "awarded by the President of the United States in the name of the United States Congress" Representative Lynn moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title follows: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 245(FIN) am "An Act relating to motor vehicle registration plates and fees for Purple Heart recipients and Medal of Honor recipients; and providing for an effective date."
